Lisa has been in the fitness industry for almost 10 years now, and she is a very unique fitness trainer. Not knowing it at the time, her days of athletics and coaching were actually days that molded her into becoming a Fitness Coach with a drive to impact lives for the good forever! 
 
As an athlete, Lisa earned many top awards, such as Female Athlete of the Year in high school, a Junior College All-American, and the Conference Player of the Year at the university level. 
 
As a high school volleyball coach, Lisa led Xavier College Prep girls volleyball team to their first State Championship game and title in 1996, also earning her Arizona's 5A Volleyball Coach of the Year. She took a group of girls that stopped believing in themselves and in their dream, and helped them to believe again.  She can do this for you too!
 
In Lisa's three years as a Head Volleyball Coach at XCP, she led the team to three consecutive Arizona's 5A State Championship Volleyball Titles in 1996, 1997, and 1998.
 
Lisa has helped many people across the northwest valley lose weight and inches, as well as gain self confidence.  She believes strongly in commitment, and is committed to her clients and their goals.

Dr. John Spencer Ellis

Each week, over one million people enjoy a fitness program created by John Spencer Ellis.  He is the CEO of NESTA (National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association), and the Spencer Institute for Life Coaching. John is also the CEO of the Get America Fit Foundation, VP of Business Development for MyNutritionStore.com, and on the Advisory Boards of the National Health, Wellness and Prevention Congress, Exercise TV, Super Mommies, Select Comfort (Sleep Number Bed), Irvine Valley College, Life & Leisure Television and Health Journal Television. He is a Fellow of the National Board of Fitness Examiners, the author of "How Badly Do You Want It? - Your Ultimate Guide to Optimal Fitness," and a contributor to "Power of Champions" and "Peak Vitality" . He created Adventure Boot Camp, the largest fitness boot camp program in the world. His TriActive America signature series of outdoor exercise equipment is used worldwide. John's fitness programs are implemented in the top resorts, spas and health clubs.  He held the post of Fitness Editor for OC Flair magazine, and has been featured on ABC, NBC, CBS, PBS, FOX, FOX Sports, FOX Reality, SPIKE, ESPN & BRAVO. He hosts The Fit Show, PersonalTrainerTV.com, The OC Body and The Spencer Power Hour radio show. John is the Master of Ceremonies for the Ms. Fitness U.S.A and World pageants.  He stars in the workout DVDs Playground Boot Camp & Kung-Fu Fitness , created fitness programs used by Cirque du Soleil and the U.S. Secret Service, and consults the UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championships). John was recently nominated for induction to the Fitness Hall of Fame.

John holds bachelors degrees in business and health science, an MBA, and a doctorate in education. He also completed doctoral level studies in naturopathy. He has fifteen certifications including massage therapy, plyometrics, self-defense, fitness kick boxing, fitness boxing, water fitness, exercise rehabilitation, golf conditioning, Pilates, personal training, clinical hypnotherapy, sports hypnosis, PACE circuit training and yoga. He holds a 2nd degree black belt in kung-fu, has completed the Ironman triathlon, and finished 5th at the U.S. National Biathlon Championships.  His medical training includes a license in radiological technology, a medical assisting certification, and training in McKenzie rehabilitation. John was nominated for the California Community College Distinguished Alumni Award.

Kelli Calabrese, MS, CSCS is the International Master Trainer for Adventure Boot Camp and does the Coach Training to prepare qualified candidates to become AdventureKelli Calabrese, Argyle Boot Camp, Flower Mound, TX Boot Camp Coaches. Calabrese has been a spokesperson, consultant, advisor or expert for clients such as The American Council on Exercise, NESTA (National Exercise & Sports Training Association), the National Board of Fitness Examiners, Athletic Baby, The Aerobic & Fitness Association of America, National Board of Fitness Examiners, Smuckers, Kellogg, Glaxo Smith Klein, The Watermelon Council and Quaker Oats.

At the age of 22 Kelli had completed 3 Science degrees including an Associates in Biology, Bachelors with High Honors in Exercise Physiology and a Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology and Cardiac Rehabilitation. Since 1986, Kelli has acquired 23 fitness, nutrition, weight management and lifestyle consulting certifications. For 14 years she co-owned and operated a chain of 4 fitness centers (Excellence in Exercise) and 4 corporate centers with clients such as Calvin Klein Cosmetics, Nabisco and Beneficial Insurance. In 1991 Calabrese opened Xercise Institute, the first school for preparing candidates for the American Council on Exercise's Personal Training exams.

Kelli’s personal mission is to empower individuals with the tools to make health, fitness and wellness a permanent and enjoyable part of their lives. She does this through teaching and coaching both consumers and fitness professionals to be their personal best.
